TradeNest is a B2B procurement and vendor management platform connecting manufacturers with verified suppliers across West Africa — replacing spreadsheets and WhatsApp with a single source of truth.
What stood in the way
The client managed suppliers via spreadsheets and WhatsApp. Vendor vetting was manual, orders were lost, and payment tracking was nonexistent.
How we built it
We built a full procurement portal with supplier onboarding, an RFQ system, an order-tracking Kanban, invoice management, and role-based access — giving procurement teams real-time control end to end.
