Frontend Developer (React/Next.js)
What we're looking for
- 3+ years building production React applications, with strong Next.js (App Router) experience.
- Expert-level TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, and a sharp eye for pixel-perfect, responsive UI.
- Comfort with REST/GraphQL APIs, state management, and performance optimisation (Core Web Vitals).
- Experience with animation libraries (Framer Motion) and accessible, mobile-first interfaces.
- A portfolio of shipped products and the ability to own features end to end.
AI/ML Engineer (Python/LangChain)
What we're looking for
- 3+ years in Python with hands-on experience building LLM-powered applications.
- Strong command of LangChain, vector databases, RAG pipelines, and prompt engineering.
- Experience deploying models and AI services to production with FastAPI and AWS.
- Solid grasp of evaluation, guardrails, and cost/latency trade-offs in real LLM systems.
- Bonus: classical ML, fine-tuning, or computer-vision experience (TensorFlow/PyTorch).
Data Analyst (Python/SQL)
What we're looking for
- 2+ years turning raw data into clear, decision-ready insight for stakeholders.
- Advanced SQL and confident Python (pandas, NumPy) for analysis and ETL.
- Experience building dashboards and reports (Recharts, Power BI, or similar).
- Ability to design clean data models and communicate findings to non-technical teams.
- Bonus: experience with Spark, data warehousing, or forecasting techniques.
Business Development Manager
What we're looking for
- 3+ years in B2B sales or business development, ideally in tech or software services.
- A proven track record of closing deals and building long-term client relationships.
- Sharp communication, proposal-writing, and negotiation skills in English.
- Comfort selling technical services and translating client needs into clear scopes.
