MedPulse is a patient-facing mobile app that digitizes appointment booking, medical records, prescriptions, and doctor communication for a multi-branch hospital.
What stood in the way
A four-branch hospital had no digital patient experience. Appointments were by phone only, records were on paper, and patient retention was declining.
How we built it
We built an iOS + Android app with booking, teleconsultation video, prescription reminders, lab-result notifications, and doctor ratings.
