The Project
Centralised health data aggregation and analytics platform giving a 12-facility hospital network real-time visibility into patient outcomes, bed occupancy, and disease trends.
What stood in the way
Each of the 12 facilities used a separate record system. HQ had no real-time view of network performance. Decision-making was reactive, resource allocation was guesswork, and outbreak detection was dangerously slow.
How we built it
Built a central data hub pulling from all 12 facility systems via API connectors and ETL pipelines, feeding a unified analytics dashboard tracking bed occupancy, patient outcomes, department KPIs, disease trend analysis, and resource utilisation — updated every 15 minutes.
